Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on the item you wish to buy. You can go directly to the payment pages or add other items to your basket. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

• We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will automatically convert the transaction into your local currency.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is posted.
• If you prefer you may send your credit card information via phone or post.

Shipping and handling

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible - so you should receive your order within 2 to 5 days. Orders from outside the UK, will naturally take a little longer.

Cancellation

Should you order an item in error, or wish to cancel an order, please telephone Take Note Publishing immediately on 01342 836689. You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after receiving your order. Please return any items undamaged. We will issue a full refund within 30 days.

Credit Card Security

Your order is safe with us. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. If you have any questions regarding this, please email Alan at customerservices@takenote.co.uk.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. The 30 days start from when you receive your order. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms and conditions.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We maintain information given at the time of ordering for internal accounting purposes and order processing. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
